Le Nyanza FC est un club de football rwandais basé à Kigali. Fondé en 1965, le club évolue dans le championnat national de première division, la Rwanda Premier League.

Le Nyanza FC est considéré comme l'un des clubs les plus anciens et les plus titrés du Rwanda. Le club a remporté 11 titres de champion national et 10 coupes nationales.

Le club est également présent sur la scène internationale, ayant participé à plusieurs reprises aux compétitions de la CAF. Le Nyanza FC a notamment atteint les demi-finales de la Coupe de la CAF en 2004.

Le club est réputé pour sa formation de jeunes joueurs. Plusieurs joueurs formés au Nyanza FC ont joué pour l'équipe nationale du Rwanda.
